| A personal note from Sharla
Taylor for those of you who may be struggling with a career
change: Be assured that when God closes a door He opens a window.
God has a plan and a purpose for your life. Seek His direction
in all your decisions. Hold this scripture close to heart:
"For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord.
They are plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future
and a hope."
-- Jeremiah 29:11 (TLB)
Dare to dream a new dream. Read Building
Your Field of Dreams by Mary Manin Morrissey. I challenge
you to stop defining yourself in terms of your limitations.
Who you are is not the same as what happened to you in the
past. Dare to say, "Up until now things have been this
way, but with God's help I chose a different path. Further
affirm," I am learning to be a conscious co-creator with
God in my new beginning."
Henry David Thoreau wrote, "
If one advances
confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors
to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with
success unexpected in common hours."
"For with God, all things are possible."
-- Mark 10:27. Also read Matthew 19:26 (KJV)
