To prepare this document, we work collaboratively to describe what you expect to accomplish in the first 30, 60, and 90 days in your new role. We will guide you in developing your talking points, drafting your plan, and polishing the wording of your written 30-60-90-Day Plan. Plans are about 5 pages in length and are delivered electronically in MSWord file format. Please note: Plans exceeding 5 pages are billed at $150 per additional page with a maximum document length of 10 pages.

After Hours Interview Debriefing (By Appointment Only)
► We have limited availability for after-hours appointments for interview debriefings (available between 5:30 pm and 7:00 pm Monday - Thursday at an up-charge of $75). The interview debriefing fee is in addition to the regular fee of $150 to prepare your thank-you letter or follow-up letter. To avoid paying this premium, schedule your interview debriefing during normal customer service hours Monday - Thursday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.
► All after hours interview debriefings must be scheduled in advance and paid for prior to the telephone consultation. We do not work on an "on call" basis.
► Calls received after 5:00 pm Eastern time weekdays and on weekends typically roll to voice mail. To ensure your writer's availability, please schedule your appointment with us as soon as you know when your interview with your prospective employer will take place.
► Please pay for your thank-you letter or follow-up letter separately. Payment for composition of your letter must accompany your payment for an after-hours interview debriefing. We prefer that you enter both items in a single order on our store page. Thank you.
