Transcription
Written by a Pro also offers transcription services for
small businesses (no legal or medical transcription). Transcription
from standard or micro-cassette is offered. No rush services
are available for transcription services. Please allow adequate
lead time; transcription is very time intensive. There is
usually a 1:4 or 1:5 ratio of taped time to transcribed time.
People speak faster than we can type. Transcription time varies
depending on the number of voices on the tape and the quality
of the recording. Transcription time will increase with each
additional voice added to the conversation/meeting recorded.
Proofreading of transcription is billed in addition to the
actual transcription time.
