As for me, I'd rather be a money tree for obvious reasons! Use your discretion. A comedic response could backfire on you if the interviewer does not share your sense of humor. Given the right situation, clean humor can break the ice, put both parties at ease, and facilitate a natural conversation. Think before you speak.
